Physical Therapist – South Bend Orthopedics (Carmichael Office)
Join JIS Orthopedics in providing advanced orthopedic care as a full‑time Physical Therapist at our Carmichael office. Previous outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine experience preferred. New graduates are welcome!
Sign‑On Bonus : $3,000 for a 2‑year commitment.
Location : 53880 Carmichael Dr, South Bend, IN 46635.
Responsibilities & Duties
Assess patient condition, establish goals, develop treatments, and create care plans in collaboration with patients.
Perform appropriate treatments within an interdisciplinary framework.
Document findings, treatments, and other patient information in the medical record.
Educate patients on care, therapy tools, and exercises.
Comply with clinic policies and serve as a resource for patients, families, and staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s, Specialist or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
Active license to practice Physical Therapy in Indiana.
