About the Opportunity
You are an independently licensed clinical therapist who provides culturally responsive, evidence‑based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families. Experience with a broad spectrum of mental health needs, from milder presentations to complex, severe support, is required. Providers who can work in person using their own or group practice are strongly preferred. Eligible clients are located in Lafayette, Shreveport, Denham Springs, Alexandria, Pineville. Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD) Unrestricted state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action Experience and commitment to evidence‑based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and best practices (measurement‑based care, skills practice) Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in‑person delivery Must have office space to see clients in the Louisiana area Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed Full‑time resident of the United States Benefits
