About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with AMN Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Conroe, Texas. This role is within a 325‑bed Level 3 Trauma center with specialized stroke, chest pain, and neonatal ICU capabilities.
Job Description & Requirements As an ICU RN you will provide high‑acuity patient care in a multidisciplinary team, supporting physicians and nursing staff in a fast‑paced environment. The position involves managing ventilated patients, interpreting laboratory and imaging results, and coordinating care during emergencies.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license (Compact accepted)
Minimum 1 year of ICU/Critical Care experience
ACLS and BLS certification
Valid SSN and DOB for verification
Recent work history with no gaps >90 days in the last year
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Meditech EMR
Facility Description The 360‑bed hospital in Conroe, Texas, is a comprehensive regional referral center. It offers Level III NICU, stroke and cardiovascular services, and is accredited by The Joint Commission.
