Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team at Heritage Village of Waterville.

In this role, you will provide high‑quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well‑being while contributing to our mission of family‑focused care.

This is a great opportunity for an RN or LPN looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate environment.

Our team is committed to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community.

This position has a starting pay rate of $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $40 an hour for RNs.

The typical schedule for this opportunity is three (3) 12‑hour shifts a week.

The standard schedule for this position includes an every‑other weekend rotation.

Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview.

In addition to our current full‑time opportunity, we also have flexible employment options available including part time, PRN, and a great weekend warrior program!

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.

Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.

Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
