Job Description
Assures appropriate traffic control in the operating room.
Initiates the incident reporting mechanisms when indicated.
Other duties as assigned.
Utilizes appropriate channels of communication when initiating change, reporting information or concerns.
Promotes and contributes positively to intra and interdepartmental relations.
Qualification Requirements Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Certified Registered Nurse First Assist (CRNFA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.
Pay Range $37.39 – $69.54
