Desert Valley Medical Center, a respected healthcare institution in the High Desert region, is seeking a dedicated Academic Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time. This unique position combines clinical practice with academic responsibilities, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to both patient care and the education of the next generation of healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi‑specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
Currently, there are 21+ Primary Care Providers in the group.
Primary Care (BC or BE - Internal Medicine and Family Medicine)
Academic Opportunity – will support local Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Residency Programs.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) + 1 weekend a month.
Starting salary is $250,000 (Negotiable).
Base Salary + Productivity Bonus.
Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.
Position in Victorville, CA ~45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Supports J‑1 visa waiver sponsorship.
