Legends Bay Casino is seeking a dedicated Slot Technician I to join our Slots team! If you have a passion for maintaining and repairing slot machines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
Clean and maintain various brands of slot machines to ensure optimal performance.
Repair and maintain the player tracking system to support seamless gaming experiences.
Assist Supervisors with resolving customer disputes related to slot machines.
Move and convert various brands of slot machines as needed on the casino floor.
Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and follow any new policies or procedures introduced.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Slots department.
Qualifications Education and Experience
High School Diploma and/or GED.
A working knowledge of AC/DC theory a plus.
Additional Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from team members and guests.
Must have previous experience in handling cash.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.

Registration with the Gaming Control Board.
