Salary range: $40.00/hr – $48.00/hr (based on education and experience).
Responsibilities
Patient Care: Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress. Report any changes or concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote overall wellness.
Support and Advocacy: Offer emotional support and advocate for patients' rights, ensuring they receive compassionate and respectful care.
Adherence to Policies and Regulations: Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements, best practices, and industry standards through ongoing professional development activities.

About The Facility MCH is a 25‑bed Critical Access Hospital offering Medical, Surgical, and Intensive Care; Obstetrics; Pediatrics; and Mental Health services. It also provides a wide variety of outpatient services, including Pulmonary, Cardiac, and Physical Rehabilitation; 24‑hour Emergency Care; a fully equipped laboratory; and an extensive Radiology department.
