About All Together Autism We are ALL TOGETHER AUTISM, a child‑ and family‑centered provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA), clinical psychology, and interdisciplinary care coordination. Our goal is to create a pathway to improve functional skills and drive positive change for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Role Overview The
Registered Behavior Technician
will work under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in‑home behavioral support to individuals with ASD. Responsibilities include implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and serving as the primary one‑to‑one resource for clients and families.
What We Ask Of You
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
Experience working as an RBT in a home or center‑based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum.
Experience with children ages 2‑12 years.
Reliable transportation, mobile phone, and willingness to work in various settings (home, community, school, center) Monday through Friday and potential weekends.
Bilingual Spanish and English speaking a plus.
