Clinical Lecturer in Primary Care Dentistry This is an exciting time to join Bristol Dental School in our brand-new clinical facility. As a Clinical Lecturer, you will play a key role within the School, contributing to teaching on our clinical programmes, providing patient assessment and emergency clinics, and engaging with other academic duties and development.

What will you be doing? We are seeking outstanding individuals with significant experience in general practice to help Bristol Dental School prepare our students for life in practice. You will deliver high‑quality integrated teaching, provide clinical supervision, may contribute to patient assessment and emergency clinics, and have opportunities to engage with other academic duties and development.

Who should apply?

Well‑organised, enthusiastic individuals with a keen interest in general dental practice.

Fully registered with the General Dental Council and hold a BDS or equivalent.

Experienced in delivering high‑quality integrated teaching and contributing to the life of the School.

Part‑time posts We have multiple substantive part‑time posts available: 1 day per week (Monday or Thursday).

Contract type: Open ended

Work pattern: Part time

Grade: Clinical Lecturer (Dentist) – XCLD

Salary: £46,675 – £85,796 per annum (pro‑rata if applicable)

Working hours: 8 hours on a Monday or Thursday
