We are seeking licensed Aestheticians who are interested in a rewarding career in the medical spa space. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest integrity with a heart for servant leadership and always promotes the patient's well-being by providing the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
Perform client evaluations, including skin evaluations, desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits.
Perform aesthetic services: Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, spa‑style facials, and light chemical peels.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records.
Prioritize patient safety: inspect the Aesthetician room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing room, etc.).
Honor and respect the diversity of patients and their individual rights to care.
Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance skills and understanding within the industry.
Must be available full‑time; open availability.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an esthetician.
Working knowledge of medical aesthetics.
Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures from the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
Kind and professional.
Responsible and compassionate.
Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
Patient with excellent problem‑solving skills.
Valid Esthetician license.
Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at NakedMD by 2x.
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Salary: $16.50–$30.00 per hour
