$40.00–$45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Job Overview NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Hand Therapist‑Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists who are eligible to sit for the exam. We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.

Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.

Relationship‑Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) – accredited school of occupational therapy

CPR certification

Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post‑op orthopedic

Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
