We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join Ivy Rehab Network’s outpatient clinic in Chesapeake, VA (Grassfield Clinic). The role involves providing individualized, one‑to‑one speech therapy services to children from birth through age 21, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting parents and caregivers.
Position Summary As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with many children, creating tailored care plans, and encouraging caregiver participation to enhance home exercises. The role offers autonomy, mentorship, and growth within a supportive environment.

Position Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
License the state where the patient care occurs or ability to obtain license.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Employment Details Entry level, full‑time, Health Care Provider.
Salary $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
