Travel School Speech Language Pathologist – Pekin, Illinois
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position serving a school setting with travel requirements. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and assessments of students’ speech and language abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs).
Travel between schools as needed within the assigned area.
Qualifications
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or certification required in Illinois.
Experience working in educational settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and independently.
Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple school locations.
Location Pekin, Illinois with travel to nearby schools.
