Registered Nurse (RN) – Lawrence Rehabilitation Hospital
Join our team at Lawrence Rehabilitation Hospital and Healthcare Center , a 60-bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will work under the guidance of the Nurse Manager and provide care that adheres to the written plan of care and physician treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include: Providing resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care and physician's plan of treatment. Following a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager. Performing medication administration and treatments as per the Plan of Care. Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting accordingly by the RN. Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders. Qualifications: Current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey. Valid BLS certification (CPR). Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously. Shift & Compensation Details: FT Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM, 11 PM – 7 AM PT Shifts (Weekends Only): 7 AM – 3 PM or 11 PM – 7 AM Same‑Day Pay! $3 PIB $1.50 Shift Diff for 3 PM – 11 PM $1 Shift Diff for 11 PM – 7 AM $3,500 Sign‑on Bonus after 90 days $37‑$46 an hour Benefits: Tuition reimbursement Employee referral bonus Health, vision, and dental benefits 401(k) with match Employee engagement and culture committee Shift differentials Company‑sponsored life insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) resources The facility provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
