CLINICAL THERAPIST
KidsFirst! JusticeWorks BehavioralCare, an accredited provider of Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services under the SC Department of Health and Human Services Medicaid Program, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team. The therapist will deliver evidence-based services to individuals and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
Location: Low Country Region

Qualifications
Licensure: Provisional (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A) or Independent (LISW-CP, LPC, LMFT).
Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, family systems, and evidence-based practices.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass all required clearances and pre-employment screenings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
Facilitate discharge planning and coordinate care with community partners.
Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and ongoing training. (typo fixed)
Attend IEP meetings and interagency meetings (e.g., DJJ).
Provide crisis intervention as needed.
