Location and Schedule Office Location: Chattanooga, TN Coverage Area: Niota, TN Schedule: Full-Time; Days or Nights (Overnight)
Pediatric Case
G‑Tube experience preferred
7:00am – 7:00pm or 7:00pm – 7:00am

Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 care according to the client’s plan of care, maintaining client dignity and independence.
Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed.
Document nursing actions, communicate with family, case manager, and physicians, and report changes in client’s medical condition.
Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are on hand.
Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.
Qualifications
LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
CPR professional certification.
1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
Home Health care experience preferred.
