Position Details
Multiple FTEs available
Shifts: Day/Night rotation, Day/PM rotation, or nights only (every third weekend and rotating holidays)
Shift Differentials – PM $2.50/hr, Nights $4.00/hr, Weekends $3.00/hr
Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin
Scheduled weekly hours: 40
What You’ll Do
Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes
Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings
What You’ll Receive
Sign‑on bonus of $15,000 for candidates with ≥2 years of relevant experience; $10,000 for those with
Starting rate of $30.85/hr (subject to experience)
Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance for RTC 1+ year candidates meeting relocation guidelines

Qualifications
Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – National Board for Respiratory Care
Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) – State of Wisconsin
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – within 2 years of hire
Current infant‑adult BLS for healthcare providers
