Key Responsibilities

Supervise licensed therapists and Behavior Technicians

Facilitate team meetings and monitor performance

Maintain a small caseload of high‑risk clients, providing evidence‑based psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and trauma‑focused groups

Develop and implement program goals and objectives

Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field

Active Ohio licensure (LISW/LPCC/LIMFT)

Minimum three years of clinical and supervisory experience

Strong leadership and communication skills
