DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver empathetic, compassionate care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. If you have not considered Nephrology before, read on – we think you should.

Some Details About This Position
Dialysis experience strongly preferred.
Training may take place in a facility or other training location.
Float to various facilities during and after training will be required.
Flexible schedule: work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You Can Expect
Part of a supportive team; staff RNs are central to a small interdisciplinary team.
Deliver care to patients with multiple co‑morbidities requiring unique treatment plans.
Oversee patient group with PCTs for observations, measuring stats, and machine set up.
Work full‑time in a hospital setting delivering dialysis in a fast‑paced environment.
Specialty in multiple renal therapies: Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, CRRT, Apheresis.
Dynamic environment: ICU, CCU, ED, etc.
Regular and on‑call shifts with advance schedule; daily schedule may change.
DaVita’s Inpatient Dialysis Program is Joint Commission Accredited.

Requirements
Current RN license in the state of practice.
Dialysis experience preferred.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited school, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three‑year diploma from accredited program may substitute.
One or more of the following (helpful but not required): ICU, CCU, ER, Med‑Surg experience; Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
Successful completion of pre‑employment color‑blind test; accommodations may be provided.
