Job Summary Assist the dental/oral surgery team in procedures employing proper aseptic technique. Perform Panorexes regularly and maintain the film library. Maintain sterile and non‑sterile supplies and equipment, keeping current knowledge of equipment and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications High School or GED required. Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology or Dental Assisting required.
Licenses & Certifications Current or eligible for registration as a Dental Assistant with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners required.
Work Experience One (1) year Dental/Oral Surgery experience preferred.
Language Skills Spanish preferred.
Communication Skills Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact).
Job Attributes Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Medical Terms.
Work Schedule Weekends, Holidays, Flexible.
Equipment Operated Dental & Oral Surgical equipment, surgical instruments, Panorex.
