Lawnwood Regional RRT (Class 754) Location:
Lawnwood Regional, 1700 South 23rd Street, Ft. Pierce, FL 34954 Floor:
Main Number of Beds:
437 beds Staff:
60 (Director, permanent staff, 7-8 RRTs, 3-4 per diem, Day Shift Director, Manager, Supervisor, 8-10 RRTs; Night Shift Supervisor, 8-10 RRTs) Patient Ratios:
~44-46 procedures per shift Equipment:
Servo I ventilators, nebulizer, Hamilton, V60, Astral CPAP & BIPAP machines, ABGs, CPT EMR Meditech
Typical Hiring Profile:
Most recruited for: Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters; BLS, ACLS, 2 years of current acute care Hospital RRT experience required. Preferred: Trauma experience, Meditech experience.
Responsibilities:
Provides treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia, emphysema.
Team player, critical thinker, patient care focus, fast paced, active disciplinary approach, collaborative physician relationships.
Dress code – light grey set; acceptable attire only.
Qualifications:
BLS certification
ACLS certification
2 years of current acute care Hospital RRT experience
Trauma experience (preferred)
Meditech experience (preferred)
