Description
This position requires travel within the community to provide in-home services. Mileage and travel time are fully compensated by the employer.
Who We Are Pawnee Mental Health is a mission-driven, non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving 10 counties across North-Central Kansas. Integrated Care Therapist , you bring mental health care directly to clients who might otherwise struggle to access it. You will work with children experiencing Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) and adults living with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), often providing services in clients' homes or community settings.
This role removes barriers, builds trust, and helps people make meaningful progress in their daily lives. If you are passionate about community-based care and value relationships just as much as clinical outcomes, this role offers purpose and impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide trauma-informed therapy services in clients' homes and community settings
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that align with client goals
Educate and support clients and families by connecting them to mental health resources
Coordinate care with community agencies and interdisciplinary treatment teams
Maintain licensure requirements through ongoing training and supervision
Travel within the community to deliver services, with mileage and time fully compensated

$2,500 signing bonus , paid in two installments at 6 months and 1 year
Up to $12,000 annually in bonus pay
by meeting client care expectations and facilitating therapy groups
Total compensation package exceeding $100,000 , including salary, bonus potential, and benefits

Requirements
A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or a closely related field. Must meet or be able to meet standards of the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board for licensing as:
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or
Licensed Masters Level Psychologist (LMLP), or
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language.
A valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance maintained in accordance with Pawnee policy and procedure.
Basic personal computer skills which enable the entry, retrieval and use of electronic data.
Preferred
A license to practice independently and at least one-year experience providing individual or family therapy.
Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
