Location Clinic Location: Glendale – 19420 North 59th Avenue Suite H-830, Glendale, Arizona 85308.
Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000.
Loan Incentive for Therapists (LIFT) – eligible clinicians may receive up to $25,000 in student loan repayment, paid directly to the lender.

Responsibilities
Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect patient goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout the recovery journey.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Arizona or obtain a DPT license.
Recent graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply.
Students encouraged to apply ahead of graduation.
CPR and first aid certification required.
