Where You'll Shine As an LPN with ComForCare, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, personalized care while supporting positive outcomes for our clients and their families. Working within your state’s Nurse Practice Act and under RN guidance, you will:
Provide hands‑on personal care and support with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Assist with medication management and reminders
Monitor and document vital signs and health status
Perform basic wound care and health support
Educate clients and families on care plans
Accurately document care and observations
Serve as the bridge between non‑medical support and skilled nursing care
You’ll Thrive Here If…
An
active, in‑good‑standing LPN license
in the state of practice
A genuine
passion for working with seniors
A flexible, positive, and energetic attitude
Prior LPN experience in
Assisted Living or Memory Care
(preferred)
A professional image in both appearance and behavior
Strong written and verbal communication skills
