About the Role As a Lead Occupational Therapist, you will leverage your expertise and leadership abilities to contribute to positive patient outcomes and the success of our team. This role encompasses all responsibilities of a staff occupational therapist, in addition to specialized duties that enhance our therapeutic services.

Required Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.

California Occupational Therapist License upon hire.

National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.

Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of clinical experience.

Pay Range Pay Range: $49.40 - $76.68

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role.
