Improve the quality of life for patients and families living with chronic illness or injury.
Provide supportive care focused on relief from pain, symptoms, and stress at any age or stage of illness.
Deliver curative treatment along with pain and symptom management, spiritual and emotional support, counseling for patients and families, and support for decision‑making about treatment and goals of care.
Coordinate care with the health care team to ensure treatment options align with patient wishes.
