_ What’s Required_
Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
2 years of recent and consecutive experience in a specialty area
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Certification
For Critical Care Department positions: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
National institute of Neurological disorders and stroke (NIH) Certification
For Emergency Department positions: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric advanced life support (PALS)
National institute of Neurological disorders and stroke (NIH) Certification
Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
For NICU and Maternity Department positions: Neonatal Recitation Program (NRP) Certification
For Long Term Care, Home Health and Behavioral Health Department positions: Fingerprinting Clearance
