Full‑Time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – $8,000 Sign‑On Bonus
Prairie St. John's is seeking an outpatient mental health therapist to work with adults in our Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program. This position is Monday‑Friday during regular business hours at St. Genevieve’s Place on campus. There may be limited opportunities to work with children and adolescents in outpatient PHP to assist with clinician coverage. The individual in this role will provide therapy in a group setting.
$8,000 Sign‑On Bonus
Up to $3,000 annually for student loan reimbursement.
Responsibilities
Complete psychosocial assessments for each individual on your caseload.
Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
Complete all documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner.
Abide by all applicable board ethics and Prairie St. John's policies.
Qualifications ND Licensure as an LPCC, LPC, LAPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LAMFT is required.
Prairie St. John's has a robust outpatient clinic including RN’s, PMHNP’s, LAC’s, mental health techs, and a discharge planner to offer evidence‑based and individualized multidisciplinary services.
