As a Full Time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager, you’ll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Social Circle, GA. The scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.
Oversee hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff).
Allocate time to patient care and technical expertise as needed.
Monitor patient flow, patient utilization and penetration.
Identify process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, and determine root cause analysis.
Serve as infection control lead, collaborate on quality initiatives and maintain compliance with regulations.
Communicate corporate policies, conduct meetings, and engage with client representatives.
Complete incident reports and assist with investigations and complaint resolutions.
Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Current license as RN in state of practice.
Current certification in Basic Life Support (AHA, ARC or equivalent) for health care providers required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field.
2–3 years of management experience.
Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices.
