Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for the delivery of excellence in patient care, including assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses, establishing goals, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating patient care outcomes. You will participate in maintaining quality, cost effectiveness, and guest relations, and provide patient care in compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and the standards of professional nursing practice as defined by the State of Texas Board of Nursing.

Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications Education and Licensure
Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred (within 2 years from hire date if not a previous employee)
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
BLS with skill demonstration
ACLS within six months
Minimum Experience
At least one (1) year of RN experience
Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire
