Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in Virginia and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
New graduates and seasoned hygienists are welcome.
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.
Clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds.
Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically.
TB test required for all new hires; no requirement in FL & TN.
