We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team to service patients in the PeeDee area. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting licensed Respiratory Therapists in delivering exceptional care to our homebound patients.

Work Hours Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
Responsibilities
Assist licensed Respiratory Therapists in delivering home, ALF, and ILF visits.
Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including administering oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and airway clearance techniques.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
Educate patients and families on respiratory care equipment and home care procedures.
Document patient progress, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, within the EMR.
Maintain equipment, ensuring sanitation and readiness for use.
Coordinate discharge plans and provide instructions for continued care.
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory program.
Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice.
CPR certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Compassion and empathy for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
Physical stamina and dexterity necessary to assist patients with mobility and perform therapeutic activities.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working as a Respiratory Therapist.
Specialized training or certification in specific areas of therapy.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Bilingual proficiency in English and another commonly spoken language in the practice area.
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level.
