Job Location and Compensation LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse at Hickory Creek Winamac. Earning potential: $30-34/hour.
Job Overview As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about our residents’ and staff’s life stories. Each day, you will use your nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well‑being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
Leadership: Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents.
Collaboration: Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Teamwork: Ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment.
Requirements
Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
