Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. Are you interested in working for a dynamic agency with generous compensation and premier benefits? NFS values your experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns.
As an In-Home Therapist (IHT), you will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
Great position for a newly licensed Master’s level as we will provide you supervision for Independent Licensure!
Independent licensed clinicians have opportunities to expand their skillsets.
Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders preferred
Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
