Job Description Deliver physical therapy services to patients in Great Barrington, MA during a 13‑week travel contract. Manage patient care plans, provide therapeutic treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
Responsibilities
Provide assessment, treatment, and evaluation of patients in a clinical setting.
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans.
Document patient progress and adapt plans as needed.
Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other allied professionals.
Ensure compliance with facility and agency protocols.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with current state license.
Minimum of 2 years recent allied health experience.
Valid travel nurse credentialing clearances.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments.
