We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our supportive, in‑house therapy team. This role focuses on evidence‑based treatment for inpatients needing short and long‑term rehab services following medically complex, neurological, or orthopedic conditions.

Qualifications

AOTA‑accredited OT degree (BS, MS, OTD)

NBCOT certified or eligible

Tennessee OT license

Team‑focused with a positive attitude

Reliable transportation

Prior SNF experience a plus

Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based occupational therapy services to inpatients requiring extended short and long‑term rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
