Pay range: $32.40/$hr–$39.53/$hr, 12‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Assess and coordinate care for patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and educate patients and families.
Provide care within the scope of the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
Ensure physician orders are legible and transcribed correctly.
Document ongoing patient status and notify physicians of significant changes.
Administer medications accurately per orders and document controlled substances.
Process admissions and discharges efficiently.
Maintain therapeutic rapport with professional boundaries.
Coordinate unit activities as directed; communicate professionally with staff and families.
Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license in the state of employment (or eligibility to practice).
Minimum one year of nursing experience (psychiatric/mental health/substance use preferred).
CPR, de‑escalation, and restraint certification required (training available).
First aid certification may be required per state or facility requirements.
