Shift: 7:00pm – 7:30am

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid quarterly over a 2‑year period)

About the Organization Valley Hope Addiction Treatment & Recovery offers residential drug and alcohol addiction treatment services in Moundridge, KS. Since 2010, the organization has focused on restorative, compassionate care that supports lifelong recovery.

Our nurses provide medical care and emotional support throughout the 30‑45 day treatment journey, working in a mission‑driven, teamwork‑centric environment.

Education & Experience

Associate’s degree in nursing.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse to practice in the state of employment.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.

One (1) year of clinical nursing care work experience.

Compensation

Starting base rate ranges from $37/hr – $42/hr based on experience and education.

Shift Differentials

Night: $4.25

Weekend Night: $4.75

Weekend Day: $1.00

Job Summary / Responsibilities

Executes prescribed treatments and medication interventions as established for each patient.

Implements nursing care in accordance with Valley Hope’s medical philosophies, policies, and procedures.

Conducts detox admissions and provides patient care during detoxification, including pre‑screening, physical assessment, and administration of treatment plans.

Records treatment activities and patient observations accurately and timely; completes paperwork requirements as needed.

Communicates with nursing supervisors, nursing staff, and clinical staff regarding patients’ treatment and status.

Follows established policies and procedures for all medical emergencies.

Maintains a safe and sanitary environment applying infection control techniques and universal precautions.

Oversees non‑licensed nursing staff as instructed by the facility Nursing Director.

Work Environment

Residential treatment facility setting; requires walking throughout the facility.
