Our facility in Erin is a 164‑bed center with the largest therapy department in the area, a rehab‑to‑home program for short‑term patients, and a commitment to maintaining the functional level of our long‑term care residents.
Overview Weekends are a great time to make a difference. This position requires working 12‑hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with availability for one additional day during the week. Both day and night shifts are available, and rates are higher for weekend work.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional nursing services, maintaining the highest level of quality and compassionate care.
Supervise day‑to‑day activities of assigned nursing assistants.
Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing.
Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.
Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of residence.
Current/active CPR certification.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with confidentiality.
