Caregiver 24hr Care!!
Golden Years Home Care Pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr. Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience—talk with your recruiter to learn more. Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes. Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement. Job Requirements
Must be 18 or older. 1+ year of caregiving experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Fully vaccinated or provide exemption. Current TB test or clear X‑ray. Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan). CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us). Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed. Responsibilities
Personal care, light housework, meal prep. Shopping, errands, companionship. Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs. Benefits
$100 sign‑on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked. Competitive pay ($18-$20/hr). Bonuses for last‑minute and weekend fill‑in shifts. Flexible schedules. Schedule
