What You’ll Do
Provide evidence‑based therapy to children, parents, and families in a virtual setting.
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor progress through Manatee’s platform, tailoring treatment plans to each family’s unique needs.
Contribute your expertise to create engaging and actionable content (e.g., activities, handouts, and interventions) for families.
Collaborate with other providers and share insights to enhance our services, ensuring we remain a leader in family‑first mental health care.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Licensed mental health professional in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) passionate about working with children and families.
Availability after 3 pm ET and can provide a minimum of 8 hours per week of care.
2+ years of experience providing therapy to children and families.
Adaptable, forward‑thinking, and excited by the challenge of improving mental health for modern families.
Enjoy working independently, managing your own caseload, and being part of a collaborative, innovative team.
Strong organizational skills and can navigate the flexibility required in a startup environment.
