Job Description
As a Physical Therapist in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic, you will be a critical part of making a difference in the lives of our patients.
Assume full responsibility for assessing patient needs for physical therapy, including planning and executing individual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice.
Provide education and support to patients and their families, including written instructions as necessary.
Maintain effective and harmonious collaboration with the interdisciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
State of Michigan Physical Therapy License.
Additional Information Munson Healthcare requires all employees to be vaccinated or have lab‑confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella. All employees must receive a flu vaccine each season or have an approved medical or religious exemption.
