$75,000 – $90,000 per year, with monthly bonus opportunities and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent health care for our patients, ensuring good outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility, developing plans of care.

Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans as patients progress.

Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and re‑injury prevention strategies.

Supervise and guide techs during patient care setup and cleanup.

Use evidence‑based pain management techniques to improve function.

Determine discharge timelines and provide long‑term success strategies.

Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.

Achieve reasonable productivity, target 60 treatments in a 40‑hour work week.

Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.

Stay current on best practices through in‑house CEUs and continuing education.

Qualifications

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
