Benefit eligibility varies by employment status and location.
Responsibilities As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN), you will:
Provide direct patient care and documentation in patients’ homes.
Perform nursing assessments and administer treatments as per care plans.
Coordinate with clinicians, operators, and families to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain accurate electronic documentation using Aveanna’s tablet.
Adhere to all health‑related requirements, vaccinations, and testing mandated for Medicare and Medicaid funds.
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire).
TB skin test current within last 12 months.
Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Insert state‑specific requirement here.
Reliable transportation.
