is seeking a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for our partner skilled nursing facility located in
Pahokee, FL . The role is part‑time or consistent PRN with a base pay range of
$35.00/hr – $45.00/hr .
Job Purpose To plan, organize, develop, and direct occupational therapy services in the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, ensuring the highest quality resident care.
Job Functions
Conduct regular screenings of residents to determine appropriate interventions.
Implement and track treatment plans, following short‑ and long‑term goals.
Communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Develop individual therapy schedules in cooperation with other team members.
Deliver therapy according to established plans and document/book services accurately.
Perform all other duties as assigned to effectively treat patients.
Comply with CMS documentation standards and conduct point‑of‑care documentation daily.
Education & Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active OTA licensure in the state(s) of practice.
Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
