Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including case notes and plan reviews.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill our mission.
Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocols.
Maintain a caseload of 25 billable hours per week (Full‑Time status).
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
Other duties may arise as described by management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Registered with DORA as a licensed mental health professional (LSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT) with a valid Colorado license.
Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients.
Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner.
Comfort working with a diverse client base.
Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation is preferred.
