Behavioral Therapist (LMSW, LMFT, LPC) - PRN Days | Voyages Sugar Land
Hiring PRN Behavioral Therapist’s with a flexible schedule to suit your needs!
We are looking for a Behavioral Therapist to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
The responsibilities of the Therapist are to provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling and support services for a mixed caseload, assist with the development of treatment plans, conduct individual family assessments and consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director concerning treatment plan and plan of care, document interventions, provide referrals to outside resources and collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team. The Therapist reports and is accountable to the Director of Social Services.
Qualifications
Master’s in Social Work with independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability preferred; LPC and LGSW’s will also be considered. Current BLS certification required. Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
Experience: 2‑3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
State license required in the state in which the facility resides.
