Home Infusion / IVIG Nurse

Fully remote and autonomous position providing infusions in the home setting for patients in the Port St. Lucie, FL area.
Overview As a Home Infusion IVIG Registered Nurse (RN) you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. If you are spending 12 hours on your feet or rushing from patient to patient with no time to provide quality patient care, this is the perfect opportunity to change your work environment. Responsibilities
Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes.
Use your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Provide one‑on‑one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
Meet additional licensure requirements in multi‑state service areas.
Interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners using excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
Receive continuous training on leading‑edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion; reimbursement available for eligible RNs such as Immune Globulin Certified Nurse (IgCN).
Travel In this full‑time role, you will visit patients in greater Port St. Lucie and surrounding areas with occasional travel of up to 150–200 miles one way. Travel time is paid and mileage is reimbursed.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse with current license in Florida and ability to be licensed in other states.
Minimum one year of nursing experience; IV‑related experience a plus.
Current CPR certification.
Valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance with liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity.
Preferred Qualifications
Three years of nursing experience.
One year infusion experience.
Home healthcare experience.
Pediatric nursing experience.
CRNI or IgCN certification preferred, not required.
Education RN Diploma, Associate or B.S. degree in nursing.
