Responsibilities
Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support. Communicate and document progress with the care team. Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (proficiency encouraged). Compassionate personality and caring nature. Patient, kind, and heart for working with senior adults. HCA registered (Arosa will assist with certification). Drug screening and criminal background check (LiveScan in California). Authorized to work in the U.S.
